The twins Hoozeki and Bonbori! They were soooo cuuute when they were little ;__; They are both from the anime Otome Youkai Zakuro.
I don't have that many comments about this vector. The hair took a long time to make, and there are not enough reference pics for these characters so I guessed the colors a little. Turned out ok... and the requester seemed fine with it.
